SunButter Harvest Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 12 cups Oatmeal
- 3 cups Coconut
- 2 cups Flour
- 3 cups Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 6 cups Raisins
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups Butter, melted
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 cups SunButter
Directions
- Stir together the oatmeal, coconut, flour, brown sugar, salt, raisins and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla, melted butter, honey and SunButter. Whisk to combine.
- Mix the dry mixture with the wet mixture and spread into a full sheet pan.
- Bake at 300˚ for 25–30 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut each pan in an 8×9 pattern for 72 pieces and 36 servings.
