Chocolate SunButter Swicy Sauce

Ingredients
- 35 oz (approx. 4 1/2 cups) SunButter, Chocolate
- 40 oz (approx. 5 cups) Powdered sugar
- 30 oz (approx. 3 3/4 cups) Water
- 2.5 oz (approx. 1/2 cup) Cornstarch
Directions
Prepare Simple Syrup
- In a medium saucepan, combine the powdered sugar and water.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Thicken with Cornstarch
- In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in an equal amount of cold water to create a slurry.
- Gradually add the cornstarch slurry to the simple syrup, stirring constantly.
- Continue to cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens to a syrupy consistency. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Cool the Syrup
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
Blend in Chocolate SunButter
- Once the syrup has cooled, transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the Chocolate SunButter to the syrup.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Portion and Serve
- Evenly distribute the finished blend into individual servings of 4.25 ounce each.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
