Chicken Wings with SunButter Sauce

Servings: 25, 3-4 pieces each

Ingredients
- 5 lbs Chicken wings sectioned and separated
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 tsp Sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 cups SunButter, creamy
- 1.5 cup Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 Limes, juiced
- 3 Tbsp Vietnamese fish sauce (optional)
- 3 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 3 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 0.5 cup Cilantro leaves
- 4 Limes, cut into wedges
Directions
- Combine chicken wing pieces, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and black pepper and toss to coat.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 30–40 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- While chicken wings bake, combine SunButter, chicken broth, fresh ginger, lime juice, fish sauce (if using), soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small pot. Stir and heat through to make a sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken wings with sauce. Serve 3–4 pieces garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
