SunButter Indonesian Pork


2 cups Creamy SunButter
2 cups orange marmalade
2 cups soy sauce
2 cups orange juice
1/3 cup lime juice
4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
10 lbs pork, JTM CP5877
24 cups brown rice
2 cups chopped cilantro


In a large sauce pan, combine SunButter, marmalade, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Heat to boiling and cook until blended and heated through, stirring.

Heat JTM pork per package directions. Pour into full size steam table pan and hold hot.

Cook rice according to package directions. Add to pork, stir to mix together. Hold hot until serving.

Pour sauce over pork/rice mixture and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
