Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 cups roasted red pepper strips
1 tablespoon SunButter Creamy
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt


Put all ingredients into a food processor. Blend for 1 minute.

Remove lid , scrape sides, and stir.

Blend again until completely mixed.

Serve with cut up dipping vegetables.
