Sunny SunButter Hummus
2 cups canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup SunButter Creamy
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic
1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
In blender or food processor, purée garbanzo beans, SunButter, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
Transfer to individual serving containers and garnish with minced parsley.
