1 quart granulated sugar
1 quart light corn syrup
1 quart SunButter Creamy
1/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon margarine
1 gallon, plus 2 quarts corn flakes cereal
In a medium pot, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Stir in SunButter and margarine. Remove from heat. Stir until blended.
Pour SunButter mixture over the corn flakes in a dishpan and mix. Pour 1/2 mixture into 2 18x26-inch bun pans sprayed with Buttermist. Mash the mixture evenly until flat in pans.
While still warm, cut each pan 10x7 for a total of 140 servings.
