Spicy SunButter Coleslaw


1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-1/4 cups SunButter Creamy
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
3 tablespoons sesame oil
16 cups prepared coleslaw blend
4 cups slivered yellow and green bell peppers
4 cups sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped jalapeño pepper
Salt and ground black pepper to taste


In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, SunButter, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk to blend; set aside.

In another large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, bell peppers, onions, and jalapeño pepper. Toss to blend. Add prepared mayonnaise dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with SunButter BBQ Ribs.
