Sweet Potato Hummus with SunButter


1 (20-ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 can (15-1/2-ounce) chickpeas, drained
4 tablespoons orange juice
1-1/2 tablespoons SunButter Creamy
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon coriander, ground
2 teaspoons ginger, ground
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt


Drain canned sweet potatoes and place in a large mixer bowl.

Drain chickpeas and puree in batches in food processor until the consistency of a thick paste. Add to the sweet potatoes.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix with a paddle attachment on medium speed until well blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally.
