Sunny Thai Noodles With Chicken And Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

4 pounds plus 6 ounces whole grain spaghetti
1 (106-ounce) pouch Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend
1 cup chili garlic sauce
3/4 cup SunButter Creamy
3/4 cup honey
35 ounces Pulled Chicken, Reverse Blend (60/40, dark/white)
2 cups chopped red bell pepper

PREPARATION

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; hold warm.

In a large lexan tub, mix cheese sauce, chili garlic sauce, SunButter, honey, and chicken. Heat in combo oven for 20 minutes or until mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

Heat vegetables according to directions; hold warm. CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above.

To serve, top a 1 cup portion of spaghetti with 2 #10 scoops of sauce, 1/2 cup vegetable blend and 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper. CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above.
