SunButter Yogurt Parfait
6 1/4 cups Creamy SunButter
6 1/4 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
25 cups mixed fruit
25 oz granola, nut free
Combine SunButter and yogurt and blend until smooth.
Layer 1/2 cup fruit into bottom of each cup. Add 1/4 cup SunButter yogurt and top with 1/2 cup of fruit. Finish with 1 ounce of granola on top.
