SunButter Thai Chicken Pizza

INGREDIENTS

3 prepared pizza crusts
1/2 cup Creamy SunButter
3 tablespoons water
tablespoons soy sauce
tablespoons lime juice
tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoons minced ginger
teaspoon red pepper flakes
24 ounces chicken, diced
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 red peppers, sliced
12 green onions, chopped
1-1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

In a saucepan, combine SunButter, water, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring until everything is melted together.

Pour half the sauce into a large bowl. Add diced chicken and stir to coat chicken.

Place pizza crusts on full sheet pan. Spread the remaining sauce on the three crusts. Top each crust with 3/4 cup cheese. Put one-third of chicken mixture, red pepper slices, and green onions on top of each crust. Sprinkle each crust with an additional 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is fully cooked and crisp.

Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
