SunButter Thai Chicken Pizza


3 prepared pizza crusts
1/2 cup Creamy SunButter
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
24 oz chicken, diced
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 red peppers, sliced
12 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cup cilantro


Preheat oven to 450ºF.

In a saucepan, combine SunButter, water, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring until everything is melted together.

Pour half the sauce into a large bowl. Add diced chicken and stir to coat chicken.

Place pizza crusts on full sheet pan. Spread the remaining sauce on the three crusts. Top each pizza with 3/4 cup cheese, 1/3 of the chicken mixture, 1/3 red pepper slices and 1/3 green onions. Sprinkle each pizza with 1/4 cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is done.

Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
