SunButter Firecracker Pork

INGREDIENTS

10 lbs Pork, JTM CP5877
5 lbs sweet chili sauce
8 ounces Creamy SunButter
24 cups brown rice
3-1/3 lbs broccoli florets

PREPARATION

Heat JTM Diced Pork Tips in a roasting pan with 2 cups water. Cover and bake at 350ºF oven for 1 hour. Drain excess liquid.

Heat JTM Sweet Chili Sauce in steamer for 30 minutes (thawed) or 45 minutes (frozen). Once heated, stir in 8 ounces SunButter and blend well.

Combine heated diced pork with sweet chili/SunButter sauce and blend well. Hold hot until service.

Prepare broccoli as preferred. Drain well.

Portion 1/2 cup cooked rice; top with 2/3 cup of pork mixture. Serve with 1/2 cup broccoli florets.
