SunButter Crispy Treats

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter
8 cups marshmallows, miniature
1 cup SunButter Creamy
12 cups crisp rice cereal
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

PREPARATION

In large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in SunButter until thoroughly combined. Stir in rice cereal until coated.

Coat half size sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour hot coated cereal into pans and using waxed paper, evenly press mixture into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and set aside to melt. When chips are melted, spread with spatula to cover top.

Cut into 4x6 into 24 bars.
